Tickets and triage

  • Own the full inbound support queue, open to close. Respond to customer questions with clarity, speed, and empathy.
  • Diagnose whether an issue is a Level bug or a customer-side environment problem, and route it accordingly.
  • QA features before they reach production, catching issues before customers do.
  • Write up findings for engineering with enough detail to reproduce and fix.

Customer onboarding

  • Meet newly signed customers to understand their infrastructure, team, and current workflows.
  • Learn their existing RMM setup and map it to how Level works.
  • Write custom automations tailored to each customer's environment as part of onboarding.

You will be directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across your assigned customers. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive highly analytical and consultative sales cycles with customers that are running large scale, global, competitively sourced, compliance-heavy, use case-specific businesses. This role is highly cross functional, and your success will depend on building deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, and operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage and expand some of our most important Regulated Verticals customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.

About Our Process

Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.

As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Your future position

The Senior Fuel Oils Analyst is responsible for owning and driving the quality, coverage, and development of Kpler’s dirty petroleum products (DPP) data (e.g. fuel oil, VGO, feedstocks, bitumen/asphalt) across key regions and flows.

You will  act as a data and market focal point, proactively identifying gaps, improving methodologies, and leading initiatives that enhance data quality and product value. This includes working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, as well as mentoring more junior analysts.

Your mission is to:

  • Own end-to-end data quality and coverage for assigned DPP markets, flows, and geographies

  • Lead complex data investigations, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement structural fixes

  • Perform and oversee large-scale data validation, ingestion, and backtesting against external benchmarks

  • Act as a Data Ops focal point for DPP, working closely with Data Scraping, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Proactively identify gaps in data coverage and drive initiatives to improve granularity and accuracy

  • Leverage market knowledge to challenge data, make informed assumptions, and guide corrections

  • Contribute to cross-product alignment (Flows, Refineries, S&D, Freight), ensuring consistency and integrity

This is a systems and infrastructure position first. As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability, stability, and operational health of our data platform — including how it is deployed, monitored, maintained, and promoted across environments. Data engineering skills are a plus and will be developed on the job; what we cannot teach is operational discipline.

If you have spent your career keeping production systems alive, know what it feels like to break prod and never want to do it again, and treat lower environments as non-negotiable gates rather than suggestions — we want to talk to you.

This is not a data engineering role. You will not spend most of your time writing jobs or consuming the platform. You will be administering, scaling, hardening, and evolving it. Responsibilities

  • Own the reliability and availability of our data platform infrastructure across all environments
  • Enforce and improve environment promotion discipline — staging is not prod, and prod is sacred
  • Define and uphold SOPs around deployments, maintenance windows, and change management
  • Instrument and monitor platform health using observability tooling; build alerting that means something
  • Participate in architecture and deployment discussions; push back when something isn’t ready
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers on infrastructure needs — as a partner, not an order-taker
  • Identify and remediate reliability risks before they become incidents
